Therapy Services Rooted in Connection, Context, and Care

As an experienced couple and family therapist, I offer support for individuals, couples, and families navigating life’s challenges, transitions, and relationships. What sets my work apart is my commitment to a systemic and holistic approach—one that sees you not in isolation, but as part of the broader web of relationships, experiences, and cultural influences that shape who you are.

Whether you're coming in on your own, with a partner, or as a family, our work together will consider the full picture: your history, your environment, your values, and the patterns that keep you stuck—and the ones that can help you heal.

Being a systemic therapist means I focus not just on symptoms or behaviors, but on relationships, context, and connection. I view problems as rooted in patterns between people, not flaws within individuals. Together, we’ll explore how your current challenges make sense based on your lived experiences—and how to shift those patterns in a way that brings more clarity, compassion, and change.

My approach is also holistic—meaning I consider your emotional, physical, relational, and cultural well-being. I understand that healing is not one-size-fits-all, and therapy should reflect the richness and complexity of your life.

Individual Therapy

Even when you're coming to therapy alone, you’re bringing a whole world with you—your relationships, your history, your culture, your internal dialogues. In individual therapy, we’ll look at the full picture. Whether you’re managing stress, navigating life transitions, coping with anxiety, healing from trauma, or working through relationship issues, our work will explore both your inner experience and the systems that shape it.

While I do work with children and teens, I do not see them in isolation. Parents or guardians are always part of the process. Children do not exist in a vacuum, and healing must involve the people around them. In family work, I focus on strengthening the relational environment—not just managing a child’s behavior.

Couples Therapy

Relationships can bring joy, security, and meaning—but they can also bring tension, disconnection, and pain. Couples therapy is a space to slow down, tune into one another, and rebuild the emotional, physical, and relational connection you’re longing for.

Whether you’re recovering from infidelity, stuck in cycles of conflict, preparing for a long-term commitment, or adjusting to parenting together, I help couples move from reactivity to intentional connection.

Family Therapy

Families are systems—when one part is hurting, the whole system feels it. Family therapy creates a space for deeper understanding, improved communication, and meaningful repair. I work with families facing parent-child conflict, grief, life transitions, teen struggles, and more.

I also work with adults seeking to reconnect with their own parents—often after years of emotional distance, hurt, or unresolved family dynamics. Whether you're navigating complex roles, processing childhood wounds, or working to break cycles of generational trauma, this space can support meaningful dialogue, boundary work, and healing across generations.
