If you're interested in setting up an appointment, the first step would be to reach out to me here via the site or you can also email me at barbarahanna@mindfulgrowthfamilytherapy.com. 


We would set up a time to speak briefly (usually around 10 minute phone call), where I would collect some basic info. Then, we would go from there with setting up an appointment together for the intake. 


Since sessions are virtual, all paperwork is also completed virtually through a HIPAA-compliant EHR (electronic health record) site. 


No, I am currently not able to see clients in-person. Currently all sessions are via a HIPAA-compliant video service. 

I do not offer phone sessions. 


Session Rates: 

Individual - $175 for 45 minutes

Couple/Family - $200 for 50 minutes


Intake (first Session) Rates: 

Individual intake - $300 for 80 minutes

Couple/family intake - $320 for 80 minutes



I will typically schedule appointments weekly to start. Then, as the work progresses we will usually move to  bi-weekly appointments. I believe less than bi-weekly would not be helpful. Though, as our work nears an end, it is something we can consider. 


I have a strict cancellation policy - you must cancel or reschedule the appointment at least 24 hours before the appointment. If appointments are not canceled or changed 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged the full appointment fee. 

If something comes up out of your control, such as waking up sick the day of the appointment, I will usually waive the cancellation fee if I am informed of this before 6AM the day of the appointment.
