Reconnecting After the Loss of a Child or Miscarriage

There are no words big enough to hold the grief of losing a child. Whether it’s a miscarriage, stillbirth, or the loss of a child of any age, the pain is often overwhelming. Couples may grieve in different ways—some through silence, others through tears, or even anger. Often, this leads to feeling alone in your grief, even when you're right next to each other.

I help couples navigate this heartbreaking experience by creating a space where both of you can be seen, heard, and held in your grief. Together, we make room for the unique ways each of you is mourning and begin to understand how grief may be pulling you apart. We work toward rebuilding a sense of emotional closeness that doesn't erase the loss—but honors it.

You don’t have to navigate this alone. Reconnecting after loss can help you feel less alone in your sorrow and more united in your healing. The earlier you begin this process, the more space you give your relationship to survive and grow through the pain.
