Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

In individual therapy, we will focus on your experience and how trauma may have impacted your sense of self, safety, and relationships. Together, we will work on processing the pain, calming the nervous system, and untangling patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Individual therapy can help you rebuild trust in yourself, strengthen your voice, and regain confidence in your ability to create healthier, more secure connections.

Couples Therapy

When trauma happens in a relationship, especially if it is trauma related to something like infidelity, both partners are affected. One partner can be left with deep hurt and mistrust, while the other can carry guilt, defensiveness, or confusion about how to repair the damage. Couples therapy creates a safe space to slow down, unpack what happened, and have honest conversations that usually feel impossible at home. Together, we will work on rebuilding trust step by step, improving communication, and addressing the deeper relational patterns that made betrayal possible. This process doesn’t erase the past, but it can give couples a chance to decide whether and/or how they want to move forward together.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy

When trauma happens within a family system, all family members are affected. Family trauma such as neglect, abuse, secrecy, or broken promises often leaves lasting scars on how family members relate to each other. In family therapy, we will create space for these painful experiences to be acknowledged instead of hidden or denied. I help families identify unhealthy patterns, break cycles of silence or conflict, and learn new ways of communicating that foster respect and safety. Family therapy doesn't change the past, but it can help family members repair trust, strengthen bonds, and create healthier relationships both in the present and the future.
